- What is the eligibility in the qualifying examination?
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with the minimum of
- 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to unreserved/OBC/(specially-abled persons) categories
- 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category
- Candidates who would be appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2016 are also eligible for appearing in the CLAT-2016 examination. However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
- Will CLAT have negative marking?
A negative marking of 0.25 mark will be deducted for each of the wrong answers from the multiple choice questions.
- If I enroll for the “home study program” when do I receive the books?
It takes 3 – 4 working days. Books will be sent to you by speed post. A docket number would be provided to you on request for tracking at your end.
